Is The Body Blueprint good for beginners?
Yes. The Body Blueprint is a coach-led gym designed for all fitness levels, including beginners. Every workout is scaled to your ability, and our coaches provide guidance so you can train safely and confidently from day one.
Where is The Body Blueprint located?
We are located in Pelham, NY, and serve members from New Rochelle, Larchmont, and surrounding Westchester communities. Many of our members commute from nearby towns within a 20-minute radius.
What makes The Body Blueprint different from other gyms?
Unlike big box gyms, The Body Blueprint is fully coach-led. You’re never left wondering what to do. Every class is structured, coached, and designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and stay consistent long-term.
Is there a long-term contract?
We offer flexible membership options. Details vary by plan, and we’re happy to walk through the options during your trial or consultation.
Can I try the gym before joining?
Yes. We offer a gym trial so you can experience our coaching, community, and training style before committing.
CLASS / SCHEDULE QUESTIONS
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer strength training, conditioning, small group training, and mobility-focused sessions. In addition, we offer physical therapy, personal training, and Reformer Pilates classes are coming soon.
How big are the classes?
Class sizes are intentionally capped to ensure quality coaching, personal attention, and a safe training environment.
How often should I train per week?
Most members train 2–4 times per week, depending on their goals. Our coaches can help you determine the right schedule for your lifestyle and recovery needs.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
Yes. Classes are booked in advance through our scheduling system to manage class size and ensure the best experience for everyone.
What happens if I miss a class?
Life happens. We encourage members to cancel within an acceptable window.
